自然派ワインの配送について

  • 自然派ワインは酸化防止剤が最小限に抑えられており、ワインの劣化を防ぐために保管の温度にご注意を頂く必要がございますため、基本的にクロネコヤマトクール便での発送とさせていただきます。
  • ワインを15000円以上お求めの方は送料無料とさせていただきます。
  • 配送日時は最短２日後より２週間先までご指定いただけます。
  • 実店舗と在庫を共有しておりますため、 大変恐縮ながら、ご注文を頂いた時点で在庫切れが発生している場合はご注文をキャンセルさせて頂くことがございますことをご了承ください。
  • 商品がお手元に届きましたら、速やかに開梱し、冷暗所やワインセラーで保管することをおすすめいたします。出荷後の温度管理に起因する品質に関するクレームは対応いたしかねますのでご了承ください。
  • ワインを梱包するダンボールは再利用する場合がございます。ギフトの場合は新しいダンボールでお届けいたします。
  • ワインと書籍等を一緒にご注文いただく場合、クール便と通常便の同梱はいたしかねますので、配送料は合計でご請求させていただきます。

返品交換

  • ご注文の商品と異なる場合や破損・汚損など不良品の場合（抜栓前）は、商品到着後８日以内にご連絡を頂いた場合に限ります（お客様の都合による返品は、取扱商品が食品であるという性質上、お受けいたしかねます）。送料を当社負担にて返品交換させていただきます。期限を過ぎますと返品交換のご要望はお受けできなくなりますのでご了承ください。
  • 商品がブショネ（湿ったダンボールにカビが生えたような不快な臭い）だった場合、メールにてご連絡後、対象商品を店舗にお送りください。 商品の状態を確認後、返金対応させていただきます。中身が残っていない場合は返品交換はいたしかねますのでご注意ください。

 

書籍の配送について

  • 書籍等のご注文について、土日祝日および年末年始・お盆休み等は翌営業日発送となります。

  • サイン入り本をご希望の場合は、お客様のお名前を入れさせていただいております。発送までに通常よりお時間を頂戴する場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

     

    International Delivery

    We hope you love shopping with us. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.

    When you checkout, the shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your address. Some customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

    For PayPal users, once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail regarding the payment via PayPal, please click the link to the PayPal website on the e-mail, and settle the payment within 7 days.

    Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Orders you place with us late on Friday or weekends/holidays will not be processed until Monday.

    Box Type or Envelope Type?

    Please choose a shipping method when you place an order.

    • For books / zines / postcards / others: Box type

    • For zine / postcards only: Envelope type

    Approximate delivery days is 1 - 2 weeks.

    *Please note that the actual number of delivery days may differ if it requires more time for customs clearance or the destination is in some area. It does not in any way guarantee the exact number of days required for delivery. If a delay or a cancellation occurs in a flight schedule, delivery may take longer.

    Personalized Books

    We offer personalized books by artist. Orders can take more days to arrive. Thank you for your patience.

    Track & Trace

    In order to avoid items being lost in transit, all orders automatically come with the tracking number which will help you find the parcel in some countries.

    Depending on the situation in certain countries, it may be either impossible to search for some tracking information or it may take considerable time before it is updated.

    *Please note that when EMS items bound for UK and France are not delivered due to the addressee's absence, they may be stored at a post-office nearest to the location of the addressee, and therefore the tracking system record may appear as "Delivered to the Recipient Address". In such cases, please visit your nearest post office to obtain the desired information.

    - What should I do if I haven't received my package?

    1. If you haven’t received your package within our standard delivery times, please check the status of your order with the order tracker.
    2. Please contact us. We may have to request a proof of delivery.

     

    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your box, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

    • Book with obvious signs of use
    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
