About delivery of natural wine

Delivery by courier

  • Many of our natural wines use a small amount of antioxidants, so it is necessary to pay attention to the storage temperature, so we will ship by Kuroneko Yamato Cool.

  • Shipping fee: Hokkaido 1400 yen, Tohoku/Kanto/Shinetsu/Hokuriku/Chubu/Kansai 1200 yen, Chugoku/Shikoku 1300 yen, Kyushu 1400 yen, Okinawa 2800 yen

  • You can choose the delivery date and time from 3 days later, and the time zone from 14:00 to 16:00, 16:00 to 18:00, 18:00 to 20:00, and 19:00 to 21:00.

  • Please note that we may not be able to ship the same day if the stock is out of stock at the time you place your order, as we share inventory with the actual store.

  • Due to the nature of natural wines being sensitive to changes in temperature, we generally refuse to use delivery boxes that do not keep cool.

  • When you receive the product, we recommend that you unpack it immediately and store it in an environment where the temperature does not exceed 16 degrees, such as in a cellar . Please note that we cannot respond to complaints regarding quality caused by temperature control after shipment.

  • If you order wine, books, zine, etc. together, we will not be able to combine the refrigerated delivery service with the regular delivery service, so the total shipping fee will be charged. (Example: If you order 1 zine and 1 bottle of wine, the shipping fee will be 450 yen for TA-Q-BIN compact + 1200 yen for cool delivery, totaling 1650 yen.)

Returns/exchanges

  • If the product is different from what you ordered, or if the product is damaged, soiled, or defective (before uncorking), you must contact us within 8 days after the product arrives. due to its nature, we cannot accept it). We will return and exchange the product at our expense. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after the deadline.

  • In the event that the product is bushone (unpleasant smell like damp cardboard growing moldy), please send the affected product to the store after contacting us by e-mail. After confirming the condition of the product, we will issue a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if there is no contents left.

About delivery of zines, T-shirts, etc.

TA-Q-BIN compact

  • Zine, 1 T-shirt (2 or more will be standard courier service), postcards, small size courier for figures.

  • 450 yen including tax nationwide

  • Orders for books, etc. will be shipped on the next business day on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and Obon holidays.

When you checkout, the shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your address.Some customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

For PayPal users, once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail regarding the payment via PayPal, please click the link to the PayPal website on the e-mail, and settle the payment within 7 days.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Orders you place with us late on Friday or weekends/holidays will not be processed until Monday.

Approximate delivery days is 1 - 2 weeks.

*Please note that the actual number of delivery days may differ if it requires more time for customs clearance or the destination is in some area.It does not in any way guarantee the exact number of days required for delivery.If a delay or a cancellation occurs in a flight schedule, delivery may take longer.

Track & Trace

In order to avoid items being lost in transit, all orders automatically come with the tracking number which will help you find the parcel in some countries.

Depending on the situation in certain countries, it may be either impossible to search for some tracking information or it may take considerable time before it is updated.

*Please note that when EMS items bound for UK and France are not delivered due to the addressee's absence, they may be stored at a post-office nearest to the location of the addressee, and therefore the tracking system record may appear as "Delivered to the Recipient Address". In such cases, please visit your nearest post office to obtain the desired information.

- What should I do if I haven't received my package?

  1. If you haven't received your package within our standard delivery times, please check the status of your order with the order tracker.
  2. Please contact us. We may have to request a proof of delivery.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your box, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed , and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
